The number of international students enrolled in Math and Computer sciences programs in the US scored an increase of 18 percent between 2015/16 and 2016/17, IEE data shows.
Math and Computer programs in 2015/16 attracted 141,651 international students, while in 2016/17 the number reached 167,180.
The number of students has been on an upward trajectory during the last four years, almost doubling since 2013/14, going from 91, 434 students to 167,180, an increase of 82 percent over the span of four years.
